Big strawberry and rhubarb aroma in the beginning. Pours hazy orange with decent head. Light sweet finish - not as big as you'd expect.

Sweet raisin and spice. Clear Amber witha decent beige head. Ginger and malty with a sweetness. Not my thing.

On tap at the brewery. Has an aroma of soft mellow fruit skins, good bright pink foam on top of a very mellow dark pink body. Flavour is muddled fruit skins mixed with some citrus. Okay mouthfeel, rather moderate. This is simply okay and could use some tweaking on every angle.

Aroma is soft meatiness with vague grain character. Has an okay white foam on top of an orangey brown body. Flavour is nice heavy maltiness with a strong showing of hops. Medium on the mouth with modest oiliness. This is a nice malty brew but seems to be missing a wintery character.

Smells of good juicy pineapple hops. Has a nice foggy yellow body with a slight hint of foam on top. Flavour is all floral hops and nothing else to back it up. Okay mouthfeel but it's leaning heavy on the oily side. This is an okay hoppy ale though missing distinction.

Aroma of soft citrusy grains, has an okay lighter gold body with a bit of foam on top. Flavour is medium citrus with vague sour ale notes. Mouthfeel is weak to medium. This is not very exciting, adequate at least.

On tap. Has a good deep malty grain aroma, nice foam on top of a brown red body. Flavour is nice crisp roasted malts. Dry finish. This is good and refreshing, well done.

Can. Clear, and light brown. On the nose and palate, this is nutty, with a healthy dark malt character. The body is medium, which is a good place for a brown ale. Mellow bitterness provides sufficient balance. On paper, it's a neutral brown ale, but it's actually one of the better ones around town these days.

Good white foam and a creamy orange pink body. Very faint fruit aroma. Flavour is very mellow fruit notes with no hint of sourness. Too soft, not sour. Not a success.

Tasting at Brian's; can
Murky orange-blond colour. Sweet and fruity aroma, rhubarb, some pie crust. Thick body, like pectin loaded beer, delicate base, mild fruit, the rhubarb seems more evident than the strawberry, the lactose helps the balance; short finish.
Not bad.
