On tap at 33 Acres, pours a cloudy, muddy reddish pink with a small white head. Aroma is full of the cherry juice upfront, followed by pomegranate, some and citrus, which all drowns out the gose-like and mezcal qualities. Flavour is dry and yet fruity, with lots of fermented out cherry and pomegranate juice, a touch of saline that comes across more mineraly, and a lightly tart finish. Not noticing any mezcal character. Pleasant dry fruited kettle sour—not convincing as a gose.

On tap at 33 Acres, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has lots of dry crackery malt, straw, but not much hop character. Flavour is clean and bright, with dry crackery malt, straw, and a more prominent hoppy bitterness than the nose suggested. Actually quite well-brewed, finishing crisp, dry, crackery and mineraly. Solid.

355ml can. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with a medium, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick, sticky patches of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, tangerine, pineapple, earthy yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, earthy yeast and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Juicy and enjoyable.

Opaque, dullish pale amber. Thin head. Mellow grapefruity hop note. Medium malt. Medium bitterness. Grapefruit hop character. It's okay - a bit messy in terms of fermentation character, and it doesn't bring the malt sugars out in a way that really benefits the beer. But it's okay.

Dark brown, with a light brown head. Roasty aroma with light caramel. On the palate there’s a big roasty, fruitcakey, again caramel…lots of bitterness. It’s a complex, more English-style interpretation and it’s well-made.

Poured from 355mL can. Very dark brown with small beige head. Super dry and roasty with just a hint of a metallic note in the background. Otherwise, very good. Beerplace will hate it.
