On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear peachy pink with a few bubbles for a head. Nose reveals plenty of pear skins upfront, with a nice tannic red wine grape skin character on top. Flavour is much more so dominated by the grape / wine elements than the pear, with lots of dry red wine grape skins, some oak, tannins, and a touch of acidity. There's a bit of a wild character, but this is mostly just very vinous. Very tasty.

Poured from the tap. Hazy pale blonde with no head. Crispness of a Spartan, hint of wood, very subtle funk, nice underlying complexity.

Pours gold with stormy carbonation, good foam. The aroma is excellent chewy apple, soft sweet wood notes. Flavour is sweet apple with soft medicinal resin notes to round it out, that must be the rosehip. Some soft barnyard funk and slight booziness helps to elevate it. Nice warming finish, excellent carbonation. Really nice.

Soft rosewater and berry on the nose, good rosy copper body with nice foam. flavour is yeasty, soft fruit, hibiscus leaf, just sweet enough. Mouthfeel is full and there's good crispness. It's an earthy affair but a nice one.

750ml at Matt's amenity room. Appearance: a bit hazy pear color with a weak white head. Aroma: sweet apples with a lot of woody notes. Taste: dry, lots of wood. Overall: ok, but it's a bit too dry.

Just a slight haze. The aroma has a lot of apple, and it's quite dry, earthy, and a nice bit of barrel.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a hazy blonde, no head. Nose is full of wild yeast, soft apple skins, a little wood, and some gentle funk. Flavour is complex, with wild yeast, a touch of wood, crisp apples, and a nice tangy champagne character. Complex and wonderfully designed. Excellent.
