Pours clear blonde with a white head. Musty apple skins, a bit of juice, and some funk on the nose. Flavour has slightly musty apple skins, a bit grassy, some apple cores. Semi-dry. It's okay.

Pale greenish yellow. Hazy. Complex aroma, bright fruit. A bit soupy, so wild fermentation not spot on here. Lots of pear, slightly honeyish. Decent, if imperfect.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is fragrant, with lots of horse blanket, hay, and very dry crisp apple skins. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of horse blanket, barnyard funk, hay and crisp apple skins. Bone dry, funky and leathery finish. Excellent.
