On tap at The Magnet, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of barnyard funk, rustic notes, crisp pear skins, and a touch of apple juice. Flavour is fairly crisp, with bright pear and apple character, rustic notes, and a touch of funk. Very easy-drinking, with a nice dry finish. Not the level of funk or complexity that other Dominions have but it's well-made.

473mL can, pours a hazy dull blonde with a small, rapidly-dissipating white head. Nose is dry and funky, with plenty of barnyard notes, hay, and crisp pear skins. Flavour is fairly dry, with gentle barnyard funk, pear skins, and a touch of residual sweetness. Doesn't have anywhere near the complexity of top Dominion products, but it's well-constructed, fairly dry and has enough funk to make me happy. Good.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a tiny head. Aroma reveals a nice wild yeast, gently tart apples, a little core, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is much the same, with crisp apple skins, some apple core, and a pleasant incorporation of the wild yeast. Fairly dry, with only a hint of residual sweetness. Not all that complex but the wild yeast character is pleasant and the crispness is nice. Good.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of musty notes, farmhouse funk, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is low-to-medium sweet, with farmhouse funk, sweet apples, and some mustiness. Not as complex as I'd hoped for, but the farmhouse character is nice. Pretty solid.
