Clean eating apple aroma. Tart, light tannin. Actually has decent complexity, and good see that this is made with cider apples, as that probably contributes to the complexity.

Crisp yellow apple. Pale yellow with no head. Tart apple, skin and a light sulphur.

Coconut and apple. Cloudy gold with a small head. Coconut, light acidity and good fruit notes. Very dry and pleasant.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a clear pinkish amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright tart berries, apple skins, and wild yeast. Flavour is very fruity, with tart fruit skins, wild yeast and apple skins. Deep and complex. Excellent.

Bottle at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp apples, with some wild yeast and light acidity. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart apples, gentle acidity and a touch of wild yeast. Thin and acidic. Decent.

Raspberry and some green apple. Clear pink. Tart nice raspberries with a medium dry finish. Nice.

Slight haze, yellowish colour. Funky and sweet, so fermentation definitely an issue here. This needs a lot more of everything.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out gentle wild yeast and semi-sweet apples. Flavour is sweeter, with lots of apple sweetness and gentle wild yeast character. Nicely constructed, with a sweet, yeasty finish. Good stuff.

Blond, clean. Nice aroma, apples, mineral. Dry but not too weak, mild apple flavour, mineral and short finish.
