500ml bottle at Brian's after Erik's, lol. Pours a hazy pale blonde with no head. Aroma is tart fruits. Taste is very tart with fruity notes. Too tart for me.

Pale yellow colour, cloudy. Nice perry aroma, light funk; dry but smooth mouthfeel, delicate pear flavour, lightly sulfuric.

Bottle - Farmhouse green skin notes. Cloudy grey yellow with almost no head. Skin, touch of farmhouse and a light finish. Not very sweet which is unusual.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, light apples, and dry apple skins. Flavour is medium sweet, with a decent wild yeast character, apple skins and medium sweet green apples. The wild yeast adds a nice element. Solid stuff.

On tap at Darby's Gastown, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral hopping and subdued apple skins. Flavour is along the same lines, with a very nice floral dry hop character atop moderately sweet apples. Living acidity on the finish. Nicely constructed and very easy to drink.
