Bottle, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Nose is like a mulled cider, with nutmeg, cinnamon and sweet caramel. Flavour is along the same lines, with mulled spices, nutmeg, cinnamon and apple juice. Moderately sweet, with a nice spicy finish.

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is quite dry, with lots of dry pear skins. Flavour is quite dry, with dusty dry pear skins and biscuity notes. Nice and dry, with just a hint of sweetness. Not bad.

On tap at VCBW Festival 2017, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of pungent fresh ginger, with subdued dry apple crispness. Nothing overly special, but it's pleasant. Flavour is medium dry, with ginger, apple skins, and a touch of sweetness. Not much depth, but the ginger is a nice touch. Solid enough.

500 ml bottle. Pours a clear straw color with no head. Aromas of dry green apples and citrus. Flavors of sharp yellow apples and green grapes. Good carbonation. Clean. Pleasant.

Bottle at Orchard & the Sea, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp green apples, with a touch of residual sweetness. Flavour is nice and crisp, with crisp green apples and just enough sweetness to bring this to life. Not particularly inventive but it works well. Good stuff.

500ml bottle brought from Kelowna (by Sonnet, thx!). Pours a clear golden with a weak head. Aroma and taste are apples, fruity, quite sophisticated, similar to champaign. Pleasant.

Bottle - Light green apple and lots of skin. Clear gold. Green apple skin, tannic and a very dry finish.

Bottle - Hot fresh ginger. Cloudy gold. Ginger and Apple, not as prominent as the strong ginger on the nose. Both flavors come out nicely, but very aggressive.
