Bottle - Light sulphur and apple peel. Clear pale gold. Tart green apple and some skin with a dry finish.

On tap at Luppolo. Greenish-yellow. Nice and dry, both on the palate and aroma. This is really a bone dry take that stil offers a decent apple note. Not the most complex cider, but good on them for finding a proper cider apple and dropping something mega-dry with it.

Bottle - heavily spiced and apple. Cloudy gold with almost no head. Lots of spice but some balance and for what it is quite decent.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice wild yeast, some fresh plums, and gentle acidity. Flavour is similar, with wild yeast, crisp apple skins and light acidity. The plums don't come through all that strongly. Nicely constructed and quite deep. Very good.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a hazy very pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart pears, light acidity and some wild yeast. Flavour is quite wild, with a nice farmhouse wild yeast character upfront, and gentle acidity. Wild and complex. Really good.

On tap at Alibi with Sonnet after CFE. Pours a on almost clear golden with no head. Aroma is quite dry with some hint of spices. Similar taste with apple and some pear notes. Quite dry and refreshing.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out bone dry apple skins and core. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of green apples, tons of skins, a little core, and a sort of white wine like character. Quite complex and highly drinkable, finishing bone dry. Very good.

Bottle - Funky nice apples with some barnhouse. Clear gold with a small white head. Light sourness, funk and a fruity sweetness in the finish. Pretty solid.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out medium sweet apples, with a decent crisp acidity. Flavour is along the same lines, with crisp acidity, light apples and light champagne yeast. Nothing special here, but it's clean and very drinkable. Solid but ordinary.
