750mL bottle, pours a hazy pinkish peach with a tiny white head. Aroma is very funky, with lots of champagne-like apple effervescence, and barnyard funk. Flavour is very funky, bringing out a lot of barnyard funk, champagne-like effervescence, and dry musty apple skins. Really nice mix of cider and farmhouse beer. Excellent.

Cloudy orange pink with a decent white head. Light berry and peach notes. Light white fruit, funk and a touch of apple.

Nice peach hue, okay foam, stormy carbonation. Good soft apple sourness aroma, vinuous, mellow tannins. Flavour is a bitter apple, tart wood, lingering oak notes. Burlappy finish, slightly leather. Quite earthy and musty with a soft sweet finish.

Poured from the tap. Slightly hazy blonde with no head. Fairly dry apple with mild sweetness. Decent.

Pours a weak yellow with no visible carbonation and no foam. Soft sweet apple on the nose, slight vine hints, but rather soft. Flavour is deep and floral apple, rustic tannins, herbal notes, lychee hints. Filling and smooth but again no carbonation. Really nice flavour.

Pours a very pale straw with minimal carbonation and foam. Aroma is too faint, soft vinegar apple, slight white wine sweetness that would be great if it stood out more. Flavour is intense, a mix of red wine must and sharp vinous apple, fresh grape leaves. Lingering oiliness and soft carbonation. A stunning flavour on this one.

Very floral hops on the nose, aromatic like perfume, soft apple behind it and working well. Flavour is soft hoppiness with sweet apple dominating, green with vague tannin hints. Crisp carbonation. A little simplistic, but an okay mainstream hopped cider.

Soft pinkish straw colour with little carbonation or foam, vague muddy sweet apple on the nose of no distinction. Flavour is a slightly bitter apple, some sweetness, soft twig notes, hints of olive leaf. Dry finish but could be dryer. Enjoyable but not as bright as I'd expect from Dominion.

Bottle, 7.4% ABV listed.Very nice effervescent pale straw, modest foam. Good sweet yet dry twiggy apple on the nose, slightly green, soft white wine notes. Flavour is rustic and musty yet sweet apple, slightly chewy, soft wood touches. Very dry with soft booziness. Highly drinkable.
