Pours a stormy pale straw, foam gone fast. Soft rhubarb and sharp apple cider on the nose. Flavour is dry apple, lots of twig, very soft rhubarb. Full mouthfeel, crisp and dry at least. I find the rhubarb doesn't stand out as much as it should but the cider is still very nice.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of funky, wild yeast, some apricots, and some rustic notes. Flavour is funky and complex, with apricots, lots of wild funk, leather, and crisp apple acidity. Funky and fruity, with a dry finish.

473mL can, pours a cloudy blonde with a quickly-dissipating head. Nose reveals a nicely gentle wild funky character and musty apple skins -- can't say I really detect the rhubarb. Flavour is more full-on, with a wonderfuly wild funk character, making way for a gently tart, juicy but dry rhubarb character, and some musty apple skins. Love the marriage between the juicy rhubarb and wild funk here. Excellent.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy peachy colour with a tiny white head. Aroma is wonderfully funky, with loads of barnyard funk, lots of peaches, and some dusty apple skins. Flavour is quite dry, with a really nice musty, barnyard funk character, gently juicy peaches, and a bit of apple skins. Juicy and funky, with fairly low residual sweetness. Very well-made.

Flavour is moderately sweet, moderated by the hops, grapefruit, and crisp apple skins. Really nice interplay between the usual cider elements with the hops and grapefruit. Very nicely done.
