Single varietal Kingston Black, a classic cider cultivar. Hazy, no head, dullish yellow. Bright appley aroma with a hint of spice. Very spicy on the palate, but fades into a deeply tannic finish with a fair bit of tartness. The spice element is fun, and the rich KB character is fun.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of wild yeast, with farmhouse funk, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is bone dry, with farmhouse funk, rustic apple skins, and no sweetness whatsoever. Funky and rustic. This is excellent.

Tasting at Matt's, bottle
Cloudy blond colour. The aroma is not bad, it's a bit funky, some pear skin. Dry and thin mouthfeel, sharp acidity, bit of funk, but not much complexity.

500ml bottle at Matt's. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: very funky, apple with apple stones, some sweetness. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: ok.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light rhubarb, with light apple skins. Flavour is moderately sweet, with gentle rhubarb, and moderate acidity. Gently sweet and more tart than sweet. It's alright.

Hazy pale blond colour. The hop is slightly more evident in the aroma than flavour, some sulfur, moderately acidic, very light apple skins funk. But overall it's the usual lame BC cider.

500mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose reveals gentle floral hops upfront, with gentle apple acidity. Flavour is along the same lines, with gentle floral hops and light apple acidity. Very simple, lacking any depth. Underwhelming and pretty weak for Dominion. Meh.

Yellowish colour, no head. Sort of a woody hop nose...pretty fresh for cascade hops. On the palate, apple, with a mellow woody hop accent. It's okay, fairly clean and respectable as hopped ciders go.
