Pours very white with clearness, slight yellow tints, barely any foam. The aroma is very fresh ginger, barnyard even, hay and hog's hair, earthiness to the nines that one wouldn't normally see in ginger beverages. Flavour is soft apple with muddy ginger, unwashed and thrown straight in to the tank; the sweetness balances out the ginger earthiness, it ends up workiing well in the end. Full mouthfeel. Nice foam on a light yellow body. Lots of hops and fresh grapefruit on the nose, slightly fake, but still authentic, and working very well together. The hops are sweet and not too pine-ish, the grapefruit pushes them up, this is great synergy. Vague lemon rind hints as well. Flavor is subdued grapefruit, pressed and juiced, along with hops following and some soft semblances of apple cider. Full finish, nice lingering grapefruit and good oiliness. Original review text: Nice light straw colour, minimal foam, strong carbonation. The aroma is grapefruit, burlap funk, sweet hops, really excellent. Flavour is more tart grapefruit balanced by some apple and mellow hops. Great fresh juice feel and the acidity really helps with that carbonara I ate this afternoon that's putting me to sleep. Wonderful, really.

Okay gold and little foam. Smells of cheese funk, perhaps blue or maybe rochefort, a little apple sweetness and a bit of barnside wood beams. Flavour is earthy funk, blue cheese notes, acidic apple and burlap. Nice full dry mouthfeel with lingering tannins and wood. Very nice, funky cider flavours I don't normally see.

Pours a very light clear yellow body with minimal foam, musty dry apple on the nose with no sweetness; skin for sure, maybe an acidic hand lotion, alcoholized spinach even. Flavour is a slightly bitter green apple but it's somehow tantalizing in a good way - just a hint of sweetness, a touch of vinegar, plenty of tannins from apple skin. Bone dry finish. This is an odd one, a mixed bag but certainly a memorable sipping experience.

Nice deep red body but little foam, lots of fresh sweet raspberry on the nose with just a hint of apple. Flavour is a lot of tart raspberry, very vague apple notes. Good dry mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Fruity but drinkable.

Modest foam and okay light golden body, sharp dry apple on the nose which is rather pleasant. Flavour is a sweet yet very dry apple mix, soft earth tones. Very good mouthfeel, tannins galore and bone dry. I enjoyed this one.

On tap at Darby's, pours a clear pale blonde / clear colour with a tiny head. Nose is full of barnyard notes, wild yeast, and a bit of dry, crisp apple skins. Flavour is full of barnyard funk, hay, crisp apple skins, and a champagne-like effervescence. This is very close to a French-style farmhouse cider and that is a very good thing. Excellent.

Pours with nice heavily carbonated light gold, modest foam. On the nose is vanilla, soft sweet rhubarb, sharp apple. Flavour is crisp apple with tangy rhubarb sweetness behind it. Very nice crispness. I'm enjoying it but the rhubarb could come forward more.

Has an okay brownish rosé body with minimal foam. The aroma is a really nice amalgamation of pinot noir must, barrel wood, sharp pear cider. Flavour is lots of pinot noir character, musty barnhouse wood, and only vague perry notes. Full mouthfeel, nice tannins on the finish. Some good elements here but I'd really like the perry to make a stronger appearance.

Pours with minimal foam and a cloudy copper body. The aroma is huge cinnamon and clove, potpourri like, way too strong., but sort of comes across like mulled wine after awhile. Flavour is a big shock of clove with fruity notes and cinnamon backing it up. The clove dominates everything when really it shouldn't. It settles down a bit to taste more like a sugary apple pie but remains an overly sweet and spiced concoction.
