On tap at Tap Craft Beer Bar, Singapore. A bit hazy light amber with a small head. Aroma and taste of fruit, some grass, malt, grapefruit and light resin. The body was medium as was the bitterness.

Keg at Sedona Charlottesville, 7/26/16. Pale golden with the slightest bit of haze. Aroma of wheat and citrus. The taste is wheat, lemon, doughy malt. Thin.

0.33 l bottle from Saveur Bière. Dark beer with medium, but quickly disappearing head. Wonderful aroma has roasted malts, coffee, dark bread and caramel. Taste is a bit drier with hints of coffee and roasted malts. Some caramel and milk chocolate also. Almost medium body, but maybe a bit watery feeling, which is the only negative aspect of this beer.

Bottle shared at the inaugural Matteo tasting, 31/10/2016. A ruby reddy brown coloured pour with a a mid tan head. Aroma is nutty malts, toffee, caramel, soft roast jammy fruits, faint diacetyl. Flavour is composed of brown sugars, toffee jammy fruits, little woody. Plate is semi sweet. Moderate carbonation. Toffee. Ok.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Danny boyo. Pours deep brown with a creamy, beige head. The nose holds some tangy dark malts, berries, mild cocoa, earth. Light sweet flavour with notes of milk chocolate, soft roast, mild of earth. Light to medium bodied with creamy carbonation. Nice balance in the finish, with some raisin, toasted brown bread. Easy, enjoyable.

Bottle at Matteo abode, thanks to Daniel, 31/10/16. Light black with a decent tan cap. Nose is sweet malt, brown bread, light spice, grains, cocoa. Taste comprises biscuit, toffee, spice, fruit loaf, cocoa rub, dates, brown sugar. Medium bodied, fine carboantion, semi drying close. Ok stout.

Bottle from WinCo. Very pale, ha y Holden, thin, soft fluffy head. Aroma is faint very faint, not picking up much at all. Taste, what little there is, is light malts and hops, some citrus. Again, this is a lightweight of a beer, more for chugging, than sipping.

Clear dark brown to black beer, big aery fizzy crackling beige head, falls down quickly, bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty roasted, dark chocolate, some coffee, fruity citrus touch, mocha, caramel. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty roasted start, lots of dark chocolate, bit sourish, some dried fruits, hoppy. Aftertaste: coffee, cocoa powder, bitter, nice roast, sourish touch, bit grassy, little sweet, some caramel.

From a 355ml bottle on 27/10/2016. Pours a fairly clear golden with a small to medium head. The nose features fruity hops, with some mild fne and resin. In the mouth, it starts out with a good dollop of biscuit and caramel malt, followed by some sweet citrus and stone fruit The hops are quite firm with some resin and metallic notes. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. A solid, quite malty IPA.
