4 week old stubby into a pint. A: Poured gently did not yield much of a head. Film and ring remains atop clear burnished gold. No carbonation seen. S: Sweet orange/tangerine and light honey bread scent. T: Crisp bitterness. Sour grapefruit notes with pith following. Toasty wheat crackers barely there at the end. M: Light crisp though thin body, just enough carbonation and a clean moderately dry tart finish. O: Pretty good. Maybe it doesn’t excel in any area but hits all bases nicely IMO.

Bottle from Bridgend Service Station. Hazy golden body with tiny yeast flecks floating beneath a medium off-white head. Steady carbonation. Thick lacing marks. Aroma of parma violets, flower petals and sponge cake. Flavour of orange and floral hops. Medium to full body with an oily texture. A solid IPA, but perhaps a touch on the sweet side.

Bomber from Craft Beer Kings, but the label no longer says Spring. ABV, IBU and label words same as the Spring version. Pours gold with a white head. Lots of tropical fruit and arguably some floral in the nose. Not dank, but making me think of dank. Med body. Flavor is something like pale ale or Vienna malt (if memory is any good) which shows as support for lots of tropical fruit and I still think floral hop. So it’s pretty dry, nicely, pleasantly bitter, but the malt shows. So a hop bomb it’s not, but it really tastes good and drinks delightfully.

12 oz bottle at home. No BB date. almost black color, small tan head. smells smoky, earthy, spices, caramel, light vanilla, hazelnut, light licorice. nice smell. medium to full body, soft carbonation, light mouthfeel. tastes earthy, licorice, some vanilla, lightly nutty, spices. finishes rather dry and earthy bitter with notes of licorice, vanilla and some hazelnuts. quite good one, nice nutty notes, liked the smell a bit better than the taste, taste is almost a bit thin, could be because I had the bottle for a while though. overall quite good a bit too much vanilla for me though (especially once it warms up).

Light haze on this gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and a little soft, modest fine carbonation. Soft pale malts, smooth and with mellow sweetness. Mild hop skunk. Spicy orange hops, some peel and a little tropical fruits provide dimension. Light finish, Hop spice lingers on. Good stuff.
