Lemon, coriander, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Slightly hazy golden yellow with large white head. Moderately sweet lemon, coriander, wheat malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. I don't know how I missed rating this before - must have had it prior to starting rating. A classic beer that helped resurrect the witbier style.

Pint, on-tap in the Ironwood restaurant, Laguna Hills on 14th January 2023. Hazed light coloured body, white head; came pretty cold. Reminded me of Hoegaarden a little.

Pours pale hazy gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Wheat, lemon and coriander aromas. Crisp with lemon and coriander front to back.

No special aroma, nothing like a wheat beer. Half clear gold, medium white head. Taste is a bit better, citrus like, low to medium sweetness, barely bitter. Light body, medium carbonation, short finish.

Gold with a thin, frothy white head. Grains, grass and light spice in the aroma. Taste has a mild, light tartness. Light body, slightly watery texture. Drinkable.

P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Not bad. About what one might expect from an Americanized Wit. All the right flavors just pretty light. Decent.

Non Beer Trip Beer Trip Beer #23. 12 ounce bottle, 3/8/16. One of those beers that has somehow escaped me all these years. Hazy orange with a large foamy tan head. Good retention. Aroma of yeast, spice, wheat. Mild citrus. Almost skunky. The taste is wheat, orange, yeast, lime. Medium bodied, fruity.
