650mL bottle, pours a murky dark orange with a small white head - just amusing contemplating how many different drugs the people who conceived this beer were on - or just how stupid they are. Aroma is very yeasty, with lots of floral notes. Flavour is very bitter, with citric notes and pithy beeries. Seriously, why brew this? Turns out The Growler's skills at brewing are equivalent to their magazine quality.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of esters upfront, along with guava and some citrus. Flavour is thankfully more pronounced on the guava, with lots of tart citrus, and just a hint of banana. Plenty of lacto in there. Not very complex but it's bright and refreshing.

Bright, but big butter nose. Wow, that's all diacetyl. Wow. Fuck. Didn't know that was a champagne character.

Hazy and a bit dull. Lots of gin bursting on the aroma. On the palate the cardamom, juniper and other herbal notes are prominent. They lend quite a bit of bitterness, too, which helps since at 20IBU this isn't particularly well hopped. Nice brew - I can totally dig this.

Dark amber, fast fading tan head..Sweet nose of coffee and malt. Thin bodied with bitter mid and espresso. NOT AN ESB

Cloudy and pale. Not much aroma. Fruity, hops are quite woody, malts aren't bad, pale and sweet, but it's a little bit yeasty.
