Bright amber, has a fair bit of pi�a up front on the nose. Cinn is there, too. Tart, again some phenols coming off that tart culture. Nice pineapple and cinnamon for balance.

Cloudy, thick heas, has a dried apricot colour. Nice stone fruit aroma, touch of tartness. The funk is a bit phenolic, which I don’t like, but the fruit helps to offset that.

Farmhouse with citrus and spice. Floral peppery spices and citrus. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Peppery spice and a nice lean finish. Solid.
