750mL bottle, pours a hazy orange amber with a large, rapidly dissipating white head. Nose is loaded with musty grape skins, bone dry apple skins, and some champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is bone dry, with crisp musty grape skins, some apple skins, and lots of champagne-like effervescence. The carbonation is exceedingly high -- one of the most carbonated ciders I've ever had, such that it perturbs the throat on the way down. The musty grape skins are really nice. The ABV isn't felt at all. Very interesting cider; enjoyable.

Light gold body, excellent carbonation as always with these guys, modest foam. The aroma is must, sweet apple, slight vegetal. Flavour is bitter tannins, tart apple, soft barnyard funk. Excellent carbonation keeps it light, mellow vinegar and white wine notes. Surprisingly not sweet for red delicious apples.

Pours with good foam and very intense carbonation in a pale straw body. The aroma is soft sweet apple, subtle, tannins, apple seed. Flavour is a wonderfully dry apple, sweet but slightly bitter, skin notes, candied husk. Effervescent and light, wonderful.

2018 bottle,8.3% ABV, cap came off with a pop, must be some heavy carbonation in there. Indeed there is - huge foam, light gold body, strong carbonation. Light viney apple on the nose, soft oak notes, easy sweetness. Flavour lends to soft unripened peach, sweetened apple, vanilla, gewürztraminer character. Super crisp and sharp finish, great carbonation. Highly enjoyable.

2019 edition, 750ml bottle, 12.3% ABV. Pours with wonderful foam, stormy carbonation that's beautiful, and a deep peachish pink body. There's earthy grape skin on the nose, burlapped apple, rustic candied twig. Flavour is deep and musty sweet apple, meaty tannins, bitter earthiness on the finish. Nice lingering grape skin, ABV invisible, excellent. This would go very well with a roast beef or lamb dish that could handle the mustiness and would benefit from the acidity to cut through fat. Even better it would be great with venison or elk.

2019 edition, bottle bought at the cidery sometime back in August. Pours a very stormy light gold, excellent foam. Sharp tart apple on the nose, soft yeast, highly enjoyable. Flavour is bitter apple, lots of tannin, sharp and heavily carbonated. Bone dry finish. A nice refreshing take that lacks the usual sweetness of BC ciders.

The aroma has nice vinuous character, some slight thin apple notes. There's good yellow body and decent foam. Flavour is more vinuous apple, slight vinegary mouthfeel. Dry finish. Very nice.

Pale blond colour, cloudy; some retention for the thin head. The aroma is a bit sulfurous, some plastic, very light apples. Dry mouthfeel, smooth, with light acidity level; there's a bit of funk, the yeast did a decent job, but the apples are not very exciting.

750ml at Josh's roof. Appearance: hazy pale ale with a white head, looks like a samogon. Aroma: smells not very far from samogon with lots of yeasts, some apples and honey. Taste: dry, bubbly, tastes exactly like smells. Overall: this is a light version of samogon definitely.

Pale, hazy green-yellow colour. This has some apples on the nose, with a touch of spiciness. It's got a tartness that's a bit wonky, with a light apple note. This doesn't really come together...eating apples and wild yeast. Is that working?
