Clean, light golden-yellow colour with a frothy-foamy white head and some soapy lacing spots left. Some nice fresh herbal hops in the nose with a cereal malt base and a touch of Pils-spiciness. The taste is milder as per the 4.5% ABV, but some good hoppiness comes and saves the end. Light maltiness with decent grassiness. A wet mouthfeel with a little dry build-up, that keeps on growing. Quite a nice refreshing, easy-drinking lager with enough punchiness to make interesting, with all good ingredients.

Purchased at their 8th anniversary party - pouring a fairly clean golden colour with a frothy white cap, decent stay and thick foamy lacing. A fresh herbal nose at first, calming a little down and showing the pale malt base. The taste shows more malt than anything. Cereals, malted barley, a touch sweetness and a light grassy background. The Vista hops are blending a melon touch to this. Decent dryness in the finish. Gets a little hazy at last pour with a few particles coming through. An interesting 5.7% ABV Pale Ale with local hops that are fresh, so creating a fairly unique taste.

Clean, light golden colour with a smaller white head, leaving a little ring of foam around the brew. A nice, fresh Pilsner-like aroma with the cereal grain malt base and some spicy, herbal note. The taste is milder, but has what is found in the nose. A crisp mouthfeel that is lighter-bodied, but still has a bit of bite. Not a bad Light Lager with some good cereal malts and a touch of Pils spiciness and herbs.

Thin white head disappears within seconds with no lacing. Straw coloured body. The nose has a hint of sour citrus fruit and floral notes. A refreshing, easy drinking and well balanced sour ale. Juicy lemon and orange accents, light sourness and acidity, salt and a tart fruitiness. Very light sweet malt finishes the taste profile.

An understated style very well done. A low fluffy head on an effervescent straw body. The nose is discrete, with honey, grains and a touch of citrus hops. Fresh ale tastes in a well crafted balance. Fresh roasted grains, including wheat and oats are a real revelation. Soft citrus notes with a floral accent add a nice understated hop presence. Sweet honey adds to the profile. Ale very well done well.

A low, dense white head on a golden body. Lots of suspended material evident. The nose leads with caramel malt, citrus hops and some pepper. A nice IPA, but a little off the west coast IPA trail, which is not all that important. Biscuit malt and citrus hops lead the taste profile. Slightly sweet, a strong malt backbone, but hoppy citrus IBUs earn the IPA label. Melon and tropical fruit notes help smooth out the citrus hops. Medium body, solid carbonation and a smooth mouth feel

Everything nicely to style here. A low, laced white head on an opaque, murky straw body. The nose has popping citrus fruit, pine hops and sweet bready malt. More of the same in a fresh, fruity taste profile. Lemon, grapefruit and orange accents with a fruit juice lightness, sweet malt, a light hop bite and a hint of pepper and soap. Great start.

A hazed milky yellow ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Ottawa on Tap 2025.

Jet black, no head. Aroma is charred malts, soy sauce, vanilla and cocoa powder. Mouth feel is thinner than expected, soft carb, medium bitter, no sign of macadamia nuts.

Tap at the source. Clear yellow pour, large white head. Aroma is oak right off the bar with some soft, biscuity cereals, and grassy hops. Finish is light, and crisp.
