Clean golden colour with a big frothy, fluffy white cap and hardly any carbonation. Some nice thick lacing is left. Citrus aromas with oranges, lemons and hints of pineapples. Milder than an IPA, as an APA should be. The mouthfeel is fairly dry, but not much bitterness comes out of it. Light citrus zest flavours, but not lingering. Feels like a nicely hopped APA for smell, but with no IBUs.

Hazy golden-amber colour with a frothy cap, good stay and some foamy lacing. Orange, citrus aromas with some pineapple fruitiness. The taste shows citrus peel, with oranges and lemons. Some bitterness and decent dryness. A big fan of their normal North East, so this one is great as well - with a big punch in the end.

Can from the brewery a while back that I just found. Hazy golden colour with and amber hue, a white frothy head, good stay and some foamy lacing. Citrus aromas with a nice balance of zest and lighter juices. The taste shows citrus peel with a refreshing juiciness and less dryness in this one. Orange notes lingers. Hints of spiciness, but never elevates. An easy IPA, which feels more like an APA with oranges. Lots of oranges.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black stotu with a large dark brown foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of light roasted malt notes with some sweet chocolate notes and vanilla notes. Taste is also a mix of sweet vanilla and chocolate notes with some roasted malt and finat graham cracker notes. Body is pretty full for style with good carbonation and no noticeable alcohol notes. Pretty enjoyable but lacking the creamy oily texture of top pastry stout.
