About
We are two brothers that grew up in Calgary, loving comic books, science fiction and video games. We have merged our childhood passions with our adult passion for making (and drinking) incredible beer - so we created a brewery that celebrates the nerdier side of life.

Our art is comic inspired, our beer names are nerdy and we've surrounded ourselves with great people who will debate exactly how Squirrel Girl defeated Galactus.

Zero Issue Brewing officially launched on July 1, 2017 and is now serving up many great beers. Come join us for a pint in our taproom - we'd love to see you!

473ml can. Pours a clear dark brown with red hue and a small, creamy, short lived, tan head that laces. Semi-sweet aroma of toasted bready malt, cocoa, hazelnut and earth. Sweet flavour of toasted bready malt, cocoa, caramel, earth and hazelnut in a dry, mild bitter, day-old coffee finish. Light body with a smooth texture and average carbonation. Flavourful and easy to drink.

473ml can. Pours a hazy dark red-brown with yeast particles in suspension and a small, creamy, long lasting, beige head that laces. Sweet aroma of roasted bready malt, milk chocolate and light coffee. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, lactose and dark chocolate in a dry, bitter coffee finish. Medium body with a creamy, oily texture and soft carbonation. Flavourful and easy to drink. Would love to try this on nitro.

Sweet fruity aroma of grainy malt, lime and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, lactose, lime, floral hops and a hint of graham cracker in a dry, tart lacto finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and easy to drink.

473ml can. Pours a clear pale gold with a small, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces. Mild aroma of bready caramel malt, spruce needles, earthy yeast and light grapefruit. Sweet flavour of bready caramel malt, spruce needles, grapefruit, earthy yeast and pine resin in a crisp, dry, bitter, leafy green hop finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Pleasant and well balanced.

473ml can. Pours a hazy straw colour with yeast particles in suspension and a medium, fizzy, short lived, white head that laces. Mild aroma of grainy wheat malt, strawberry and faint rhubarb. Sweet flavour of bready wheat malt, mild strawberry and tart rhubarb in a crisp, dry, slightly acidic finish. Light body with a sticky, watery texture and lively carbonation. Refreshing, but the fruit is too subtle. Was hoping for more. Slightly disappointed.

Light to medium body with a smooth, almost creamy texture and average carbonation. Refreshing, easy drinking and flavourful.

Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, black currant, blackberry and salt in a dry, tart finish. Light body with a creamy texture and average carbonation. Juicy, refreshing and tasty.

Sweet fruity aroma of caramel malt, tangerine, cantaloupe, mango, papaya, earthy yeast and piney hops. Sweet fruity flavour of caramel malt, tangerine, grapefruit peel, cantaloupe, mango, papaya, passion fruit, guava and pine resin in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Delicious, very enjoyable.

Pineapple was a bit too subtle, but tasty and refreshing. A crushable patio beer, great for summer.

473ml can. Pours a hazy blonde with a small, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces. Mild, sweet aroma of grainy wheat malt and tangerine. Sweet flavour of grainy wheat malt, tangerine and faint lemon in a dry, slightly tart, mildly salty finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Could use more tartness and the tangerine could be stronger, but as is, it's refreshing and crushable.
