On tap at Cold Garden, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some diacetyl, with biscuity malt and cat piss. Flavour is more resembling of citra, with lots of cat piss, some diacetyl and biscuity malt. Rather dry, with a toasty finish. Solid.

The only beer that was modestly passable in my sojourn to Cold Garden pub. In other breweries this would be the beer everyone forgets. At CG, this is the beer people want to drink more of. By no means a superstar, but the rye is present and the beer remotely resembles a hefewiezen.

The best thing about the beer is the cool name. The the brewpub its self, its about marketing, not substance. If you want substance, in that you were looking for a good fruit beer and or vaguely have expectations of a saison, needless to say you would be disappointed on both accounts unless Bellevue Kriek is your idea of a good fruit beer. Most people on online dating websites wouldn't stretch the truth as far as this beer did calling itself a saison. Full credit for marketing and for ballsiness of the name.

Bronze color. Nothing really distinguishable in the nose. The body is lifeless. Its not clean and crisp like a mainstream lager, but rather does nothing at all. Boring would be an understatement

Massively sweet Cappuccino and vanilla nose. Sweet cloying body. The base porter isn't horrible, but its what they add afterwards. Had half of my friend's sampler and that was enough

An IPA on training well. Drinkable, but lacks complexity, bitterness and anything interesting. This is an IPA for people who don't like IPAs - in that sense they nailed it.

like they dumped raspberry syrup into a blonde ale. Not horrible but not craft beer.
