Pale gold, bright, medium head. Messy clunky base, light sour but more malt and way more alcohol taste than I would have expected. The plum is subtle…i would say Bad Tattoo’s plum sour is quite a bit more accomplished and I seldom say that about one of their beers.

On tap at Cold Garden, pours a hazy copper blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle coriander and wheat. Flavour is very dry and wheaty, with biscuity malt and floral notes. Gentle coriander in there too.
