Description
Here in Summerland, we're passionate about cider. Our focus is on quality and we believe we have achieved something pretty close to perfection. What sets us apart is that our all-juice cider is made using European cider apple varieties that we grow ourselves in our orchards. Though not very good for eating, these apples contain a surprising amount of tannins. This is what gives our cider not only its beautiful golden colour, but when fermented, results in a richly flavoured, surprisingly complex drink.

Taster from fhe bottle on BC Cider Fest 2017. Pours a clear pale golden with no head. Aroma is funky and apples. Low to moderate sweet taste with funk and apples. Quite nice.

Taster from fhe bottle on BC Cider Fest 2017. Pours a clear pale golden with no head. Aroma is funky. Taste is quite dry with some residual sweetnesd. Quite pleasant.

750 ml bottle. Pours a clear gold with no head but lots of carbonation. Aromas of warm sweet applesauce and old apples. Flavors of woolly dry apples.

750 ml bottle. Pours a very clear greenish gold with no head but lots of carbonation. Aromas of dry applesauce and sharp apple skins. Flavors of tart dry apples with a little spice. Nice.

Bottle - Baked apple and a touch of funk. Clear pale gold with a decent white head. Light bitter and dry with a touch of funky Apple. Dry, not sweet and not bad.

Bottle sampled at Summerland Heritage, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out medium sweetness and light apple skins. Flavour is medium sweet, with still some dry puckering quality. Nice complexity to this, but still easy enough. Decent.

Bottle sampled at Summerland Heritage, pours a clear dull yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma is lightly sweet with not much dynamics. Flavour is medium dry, with a touch of sweetness and puckering apple skins. Well-balanced and nicely dry. Good.

Bottle sampled at Summerland Heritage, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp, dry and puckering lightly tart apples. Flavour is bone dry and crisp, with no residual sweetness at all and just lightly tart apples. Some apple skins too. Decent.

Bottle - Sulfer and apple. Clear gold. Semi sweet Apple with a dry clean finish. That nose is horrible.
