Tap at the Singapore brewpub. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is dry buttery yeast, grassy citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a grainy malt, sweet lemon citrus palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Draft - Dark roast, dark chocolate and some espresso. Jet black with a new de brown head. Dark and roast, espresso, dark chocolate and some odd dark sugars which must be the honey. Bigger than the ABV implies.

Draft - Big sweet and spicy ginger. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Bright kick of candied ginger and a long finish. Touch of spice on the throat.

A dark reddish brown ale with a thin brown head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with loads of butterscotch, treacle, cloying. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with burned notes, demarara sugar, light buttery notes, cloying. On tap at brewery.

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice chalky biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, like a nice pils. On tap at brewery.
