Pours a black colour with very little highlights that show some ruby-copper. The head is beautiful creamy, mocha-coloured, with great retention and creamy lacing all-around. Roasted malt aromas with dark fruit notes, molasses, nuts and coffee. The taste shows a nice balance of chocolate and coffee, with a nice warming mouthfeel. Roasted malt is left on the tongue. Great label and great Imperial Stout.

This ipa poured a golden amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Scents include strong grassy hops, malt and honey. First swig was quite a hoppy punch. Flavours of floral hops, malt and cereal. Finish is quite bitter but not undrinkable.

Pours a slight hazed amber colour with a light beige head, good stay and some dirty lacing. The aromas are off, kind of weird. Earthy, wet wood with green, green plants in the background. The taste is not as bad, but just bitter and not much else. Ashes, caramel maybe. Some good bitterness in the finish. Still, nothing to save this one. Not sure what is going on here, and what hops are used. Not crazy bad, but not a fan.

This dopple poured a medium clear reddish colour with a minimal off white creamy head. Minimal lacing. Scents include potato chips, toast and nuts? First swig had a slightly thin mouthfeel but the flavour came on huge in seconds. Flavours of ripe fruit, a bit of wine and wood. Finish is toasty with light prunes and malt flavour lingering.
