Poured from the tap. Mild apple skin, light rhubarb, underlying honey. Not a ton of depth.

Poured from the tap. Slightly hazed blonde with minimal white head. Subtle kiwi and lime with a hint of salt. On the upside, the sweet and tart are balanced, on the downside, it could use a little more flavour. Okay.

Poured from the tap. Clearish blonde with no head. Hint of lime, some muddled mint, and extremely feint mango. Seems like they may have tweaked the recipe… for the worse. Inoffensive, but lacklustre.

Poured from the tap. Bright purple-ish red with minimal white head. Lots of blackberry, some nice hibiscus character, touch of apple, not bad.

On tap at The Cider House, pours a clear bright darkish red with a tiny head. Aroma brings out jammy bramble berries and light apple skins. Flavour is sweet and fruity, with lots of jammy berries, high sweetness, and a little alcohol. Lots of bramble and jammy sweetness. Simple but drinkable.

On tap at The Cider House, pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings bright pear skins, light sweetness and some pear core. Flavour is medium-high sweet, with lots of pear core, pear skins, and near-cloying sweetness that pairs interestingly with the pear core. There's even some funk to this that is nice and cuts down on the initially cloying sweetness. Good.

On tap at The Cider House, pours a clear pale copper with no head. Aroma brings out honeydew, light rhubarb and light apple skins. Flavour is sweet and honey-dominated, with no notice of rhubarb—just lots of sweetness. Not so great.

On tap at The Cider House, pours a cloudy faded pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright strawberry, a touch of balsamic and apple skins. Flavour is on the dry side, with light balsamic, dry strawberry and crisp apple skins. Dry and fruity, but not very interesting.
