Draft: Poured a blackened brown with a tan colored head. Aroma was similar to a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Taste was a mix of peanut butter and malt, there was also a fruitiness reminding me of the sandwich it was designed after.

Draft: Poured a reddish brown with an off white head. Aroma was malty. Taste was of burnt malt and a bit sour, drying the tongue.

on tap-pours orange/pink with an offwhite head. Aroma is raspberry/cherry, some sweet grain. Taste is raspberry/fruity pebbles with a slight tart, some spice hops, grain.

Mega cloudy, looking like guava juice. There is some butrytic acid and pedio in the background - unpleasant - but the aroma is also quite fruity. Brisk - very sour, seems authentic. The fruits in this one are subtle - pineapple, mango, passion fruit? Fresh, tart, interesting beer, too bad about the faults on the nose.

Bottle thanks to Casey! Pours light red with pink head. Nose/taste of whole raspberries, lactose, light acidic funk, yogurt and grapefruit zest. Nose has lots of raspberry yogurt qualities to it. Taste is funky and sweet with a solid sour backbone. Medium body. Probably the best berliner weisse I’ve had that wasn’t made by Dickinsonbeer.

Bottle with friends. Dark brown appearance with a light brown head. Roasty, dark chocolate, light smoky, rich maple, caramel, espresso aroma. Rich coffee, dark chocolate, light maple flavor with a touch of ashy smoke.

Bottle with friends. Black appearance with a brown head. Sizzling, fresh bacon, rich maple, pancake syrup, campfire ashy aroma. Somewhat tangy, apple fruity, ashy, burnt smoky, meaty flavor. The aroma was heavenly but the flavor didn’t live up to my expectations.

Draft at Brewvival 2012. Pours hazy amber with a medium frothy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of floral and citrus hops with caramel. The taste is caramel malts with leafy and herbal hops. Medium bodied.

Draft at Brewvival under "Ich Bin Lime Berliner." Pours a hazy straw yellow with not much of a head. Aroma of lime, bready malts and some grain. The taste is very tart limes with not much else. Medium bodied.
