Not the cleanest of sours, nor the hoppiest of dry-hops. So middling in all respects, just nothing to latch onto here.

Golden, but dullish with a slight haze. Not much head. For a wild blonde, it's not very wild. Definitely more blonde. That slight bit of bugs helps it out though, as there's nothing compelling about the base beer.

Cloudy, with a slight mango aroma. Has a gentle mango accent. Soft body, good balance. I'm more into this than I expected to be.

Amber and bright. Thick head. Sweet, but with fairly low bitterness. Decent old school pale ale, borderline for IPA but hey, the key word is decent.

Pale yellow. It's a bit yeasty, that footy sort of aroma. A touch of salt to round on the palate. Pretty basic, but decent margarita gose.

Bright hops and some chalk on the nose, has modest foam on a vaguely cloudy yellow body. Flavour is okay lager hops with good smoothness, nice mouthfeel overall. This is decent, simple, well and truly drinkable.

Nice milky purple body with some very modest foam, soft tart berry on the nose of no distinction. Flavour is tart berry, muddy citrus; strong sour berry lingering. Mouthfeel is full, heavy citrus, strong mashed fruit. PM Dawn may be proud, this is an okay mash and would work great in 1993 but would need far more earnest attention in 1997.

Smells of good sweet coffee with some chocolate notes. Has a nice muddy brown body with modest foam. Flavour is okay hazelnut, wet chocolate, vague malty biscuit. Mouthfeel is full but a little wet and lacks crispness. This is drinkable anyways, though simple.

The aroma is wine and funky brett yeast, hints of a flanders red, very nice in fact. Has deep purple body with modest foam. Flavour is lots of brett yeast, heavy wine barrel character notes, young foeder wood, maybe also some beer in there. Mouthfeel has a nice woody aftertaste, great burps were had. This is a good experiment, some nice things going on here.
