750ml @ Matt's men's cave shared by him. Appearance: hazy golden with no head. Aroma: grapes, funky, some apples, dry. Taste: along the same lines, no sweetness, quite dry. Overall: good one.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a tiny white head. Aroma is full of dry funky farmhouse yeast, bone dry apple skins, and some horse blanket. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of barnyard funk, dry apple skins, and horse blanket. I completely missed the grape. Funky, bone dry and nicely complex. Excellent.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a medium off-white head. Nose is full of barnyard funk, red grape skins, apple skins, and some leather. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of red grape skins, lots of tannins, barnyard funk, and crisp apple skins. Tannic, funky and vinous. Excellent.

750mL bottle, pours a clear bright golden with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out bright barnyard funk, crisp apple skins, and wild yeast. Flavour is bright, very funky, and complex, with bright barnyard funk, crisp apple skins, wild yeast, horse blanket, and champagne-like effervescence. Nearly bone dry, but with plenty of dynamic character. Outstanding.

Hazy. Lots of apple. Sweet and a little bit spicy, has characteristics of a much stronger cider, but bringing them to more everyday cider strength.

Purple and hazy, a bit butyric and the grapes are throwing off that character. There's tannins in there as well. Base is fine, but yeah, the grapes aren't helping.
