750mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small, quickly-dissipating white head. Aroma brings out lots of farmhouse funk, plenty of hay, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is complex, with plenty of farmhouse funk, crisp apple skins, hay, and a touch of apple core. Lots of hay, funk and crispness with a bone dry finish. Very good.

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is nicely musty and funky, with rustic notes, dry apple skins, and a touch of hay. Flavour is on the tart side, with plenty of hay, musty dry apple skins, and above average tartness for a cider (much tarter than Twin Island's average too). Some good subtle depth to this. Solid, but I prefer their funkier, drier ones. Still very good.

Pale gold. Nice appley aroma. Deep juicy apple taste, like eating apples but with far more tannins. The expressive fruit is really highlighted by the right tannins and gentle acidity. Assertive. Quality.

Pale pink and just a faint haze. Aroma has a bit of sulphur, which is off-putting, but there's some apply notes underneath of that. It's off-dry, with more of that sort of sulphury whiff, some pedio as well, that overpowers the apples a bit.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a tiny white head. Aroma is full of dry funky farmhouse yeast, bone dry apple skins, and some horse blanket. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of barnyard funk, dry apple skins, and horse blanket. I completely missed the grape. Funky, bone dry and nicely complex. Excellent.
