Description
Maddam is a family adventure in the heart of a world famous vineyard: Chablis. Alexis and Vianney, two cousins, grew up in Burgundy. Driven by the desire to offer a quality French artisan product and by the desire to return to basics, they wish to promote a resolutely modern product with many energetic and taste qualities. Our creations are produced from different types of rigorously selected malts. The recipe, patiently developed and well kept, is inspired by fine and tasty beers of haute cuisine to satisfy your gourmet palates. MADDAM are aromatic and natural beers, unfiltered and unpasteurized, refreshing and intensely local.
