A hazed golden blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with resinous floral hops, light citrus, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, pleasant. On tap at Beau's St Patrick 2019.

A deep dark brown porter with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light grassy hops, coffee grind, ok. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with light grassy hops, dark fruits and smooth coffee, pleasant. On tap at Ottawa winter brewfest 2019.

A hazed reddish amber ale with a thick frothy lacing creamy off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light cinnamon, pleasant acidity, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity lemony malt with light cinnamon, Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at Ottawa winter brewfest 2019.

Murky pale blond colour. Very nice aroma, fresh, citrusy hops. Dry mouthfeel, a bit chalky, with nice juicy hops, citrus zest. Pithy bitterness in the finiah.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of filthy yeast, dank hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with dank hops, filthy yeast, and biscuity malt. Rather chewy and yeasty, but not too unpleasantly so. Decent.

Whiteish sort of colour and opaque. Yeasty, lupulin powder sort of nose, with a touch of soupy diacetylness. Same palate. Moderate bitterness. Quite yeasty.
