Description
Being the first craft brewery in Armenia, our mission is to bring the best traditions of craft brewing and present them in a unique way. We want to ensure you get an ultimate experience while enjoying our craft beer and your time at our brewery!
Initially, beers were only brewed at the brewpub in Yerevan. Later a large brewery was opened in the Abovyan province.
* Please note that some beers have two names - this stemmed from the brewpub using original names and the mass-distributed beers using generic names. For example, their Black IPA was initially called Milestones, yet when it was released for the wider market it was titled simply Black IPA.

It's actually meant to be a Bohemian pils, not German. And that checks out. Quite good! Before today, Dargett was the only Armenian brewery I'd tried.

Can. Hazy, almost white foam. Aroma: apricot-like, slightly sweet, a bit of apricot pastry. Taste: sweet with a hint of sourness, a bun with apricot jam, a bit bitter, not bad for a fruit ale.

Pours slightly hazy golden with almost no head. The aroma is very fruity, dominated by pronounced banana notes typical of weizen yeast. On the palate, the beer feels rather thin, with the banana character taking center stage and overshadowing other potential flavors. While the fruitiness is expressive and stylistically appropriate, it becomes somewhat overpowering over time, limiting balance and depth. Overall: a recognizable and approachable wheat beer, but one where the yeast-driven banana character is too dominant for sustained enjoyment.

Pours a clear gold-orange body with a thin but stable layer of foam. The aroma is initially restrained, showing light hop notes and a soft malty base, with just a subtle hint of apricot. On the palate, the apricot comes through much more clearly and confidently, delivering a full, ripe fruit character that feels unusual but surprisingly well integrated. The fruit sweetness is balanced by a gentle bitterness and a light, refreshing tartness, keeping the beer from becoming cloying. Mouthfeel is smooth and easy, supporting the fruit without overpowering it. Overall: a pleasant and approachable fruit ale that showcases apricot in a natural, well-balanced way. Different, but enjoyable and refreshing.

Sample, thanks Robin Svensson. Clear golden, no head. Mildly leathery apple aroma. Mid sweet with light to medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Rather conentrated appke flavour, no funkiness, but notes of leather. Slight apple skin bitterness.
