Keg at the cidery, 9/13/23. Clear copper. Aroma of dry apple, apple skins, grape skins, tannins. Taste is dry apple, dry pear, vanilla, skins. Very dry as advertised.

Draft: Poured a white yellow with a white head. Aroma is lime, apple. Taste is lime, mojito like, apple, mint.

12oz can from New Colony. White wine, dish water pour, clear, still. Vanilla is apparent from the first whiff of the freshly opened can. Taste brings more vanilla flavors, apples way in the background. Smooth and sweet. Really tasty.

Short pour @False Idol. Clear, raspberry tea colored pour. Battling sulfur on every pour. Flintstones vitamins level calcium, cocktail juice, what is blackberry even, really? Taste is raspberry extract, Lipton tea, grass, a little bit of oxidation. Airy & doable, but this is a trash extract brand till I'm told better.

Short pour at Cowtown in Ft. Worth. Frothy, clear, cherry pour. Half sharp, peppery, sugar water nose. Sweet, mushy apple base, not enough tartness. Back sweetened crap, too round, malic acid isn't enough, only faintly cherry, super flabby. Extract trash.
Faint peach, thick apple juice, definitely nice ginger notes, flavor packed. Hard to discern the peach and apple apple apple though.

(Tap) clear, bright, very pale yellow colour with a small white head; aroma of pear compote; sweet flavour with a medium long, sweet and tart finish

16 oz. Aroma is very ginger and peach, apples too, and wet stone. Pours mostly clear golden with a quickly collapsing off-white head. Taste is sweet, lightly tart and spicy from the ginger.
