Enjoyed at Locust, poured from a mini bartop barrel. Very cool! I've never been so intrigued by a cider. Golden orange pour, clean. Aroma is full of apple cinnamon. Very inviting. How smooth is this going to be for a 13% cider? Flavor reminds me of an apple fritter, only soaked in delicious bourbon. Cinnamon heavy. Baked apple pie, spiced. A great sipper here. Never had anything like this before. A treat for sure.

Draft pour at Locust. Very light, clean and clear. Transparent. Aroma is true to the vanilla tag. Very cream soda heavy on the flavor. Takes over the apple. Like a less carbonated cream soda. Flavorful and refreshing. Unique and fun offering. Tasty stuff.

Tap. Pours lightly hazy straw, no carbonation present. Aroma is mint and lime juice. Flavor is mint and raw lime juice on top of hints of apple. Medium sweet, not bitterness, no real tartness. Fruit drink.

Can from Final Gravity in Roseville, CA. Pours a light blush color with transient bubbles. aroma of cider with some cherry. Med minus body. Flavor is a little tart, towards dry; somewhat cherry enough to actually hide some of the cider aspects. Nice, but for me it's not strongly flavored. More cherries.

Draught @ Schilling, Fremont. Light amber. Has some funk...pedio and bad funk...very sweet, but just that sugary style of sweet...malta/malzbier level sugars. But not much complexity.
