On tap at Bellingham Cider Company, pours a clear golden blonde with a tiny white head. Nose brings out floral notes, crisp apple skins, and light acidity. Flavour has a bunch of apple core, with gentle acidity and a hint of sweetness. Too much rotting apple core on the finish. Not a big fan.

On tap at Bellingham Cider Company, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry apples, with a touch of acidity. Flavour is along the same lines, with dry apple skins and gentle acidity. Clean and easy-drinking. Decent.
