On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh grassy hops, some herbal notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour brings out fresh grassy hops, bready malt, and some gentle doughy notes. Bright and crisp. Very good.

Can. Pours a hazy orange hue with a small white head. A nice toast and citrus nose. Sweet really bursting flavors of citrus, very clean, juicy. Very much a fresh hop flavor. Lovely.

From a pint can. Pours a murky straw with an off white head. Aromas of melon and apricot. Flavors are moderately bitter citrus and a bit of pine. Smooth and luscious.

Pint can. Flat yellow-golden hazy pour with a small white head. Nose is bright citrus and faint tropical fruits. Starts off very smooth with a light citrus sweetness into a lingering, but light bitterness. Crisp and clean finish.

Clear yellow beer, creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: dank hops, fruity, citrus, some tropical fruits, juicy impression, decent start! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good bitterness, citrus, fruity, tropical fruits. Aftertaste: a bit sweet, tropical fruits, nice bitterness, good old school West Coast IPA!

Palais est léger mettant en avant un caractère IPA classique - petite touche de fruité abricot, agrumes avec un délicieux caractère résineux et huileux. Semble finir sur une petite rondeur d'avoine.
