Tasting at Ryan's, bottle
Cloudy blond colour, large head that disappears quickly. Lemony, acidic, a bit funky, but seemingly with some residual sweetness; residues of dough.
Good.

500ml (thx, Maxime C!) @ Ryan's. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: nice farmhouse notes with some barrel notes. Taste: along the same, almost no acidity. Overall: very nice, I will need to get more of it, for sure, hehe.

On tap at Birreria Volo, pours a clear dark reddish brown with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out balsamic, dark red fruits, and some oak. Flavour is very vinegary, with lots of balsamic vinegar, tart red fruits, and oak. Too much vinegar. Not very impressed with this.

On tap at Birreria Volo, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out some wild bugs and biscuity malt. Flavour is dominated by the brett, with biscuity malt and a little citrus. Buggy and wild, with moderate carbonation. Not overly complex but it's clean and well-made. Nice buggy pale.

On tap at Bar Lupulus, pours a clear amber red with a small beige head. Aroma is very grape-forward, with light acidity detectable, oak, and loads of grape must. Flavour is pretty similar, with lots of musty grape skins, whole juicy grapes, medium acidity, oak, and a touch of residual sugars. The grapes work well together with the barrel, and everything is appropriately balanced. Very good.
