This cream ale poured a hazy yellow colour with a creamy bright white head. Med lacing. Scents of corn, perm solution, root veggies and hay. First swig was sweeter, smooth and creamy with flavours of honey, malt, min hops. Finish is light and sweet with malt flavours lingering with a light hop bitterness.

This dunkelweisen poured a deep amber colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Great lacing. Scents include roasted malt, toffee, little cocoa and a winey/boozy scent that most dunkel have. First swig was delicious. Full of dark roasty flavour along with molasses, biscuits, minimal cocoa, a little soya sauce and a little coffee. Finish is slightly sweet with roasted caramel flavours lingering. Fantastic!

This Pumpkin poured a beautiful deep amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include allspice, pumpkin and cooked veggies. First swig was quite thin with flavours of allspice, pumpkin and light hops. Finish is nicely spicy with light hop flavour lingering.

This Kolsch poured a nice medium amber colour with a soapy, bright white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include cream, sour dough and a little citrus. First swig was really thin with flavours of malt and light hops. Finish is weak with a very light bitterness and malty flavour lingering.
