Bright, with a pale gold colour. I actually would have liked a slight haze. Not much head on it. Smells like kettle sour. I actually would have liked some bugs. On the palate, it's a kettle sour with salt in it. Fairly saline finish. It's fine. Lightish body, nothing wrong with the ferm. A simple textbook example, which makes sense since it's students brewing it.

Pours bright, thin head. Aroma is really perfumey, some orangey witbier stuff but a bunch of more floral, phenolic things. Clean, sweet orange, low bitterness, ok malt, still tastes like a kristallwit.

Hazy brown, beige head. Light malt nose, vaguely fruity. Palate of plums and light malt. Nice !

Okay foam on a sort of cloudy yellow body. Great banana and bubblegum aroma, nailing it extremely well. Taste is sweet banana, chewy, ending full and dry. Light years ahead of most witbiers in the area, which is honestly a little unfortunate.

Great foam on a dark brown body. Aroma is good chai, soft vanilla. Taste is more nice chai, ends a little too wet. good flavour though, definitely delivers in that respect.

Okay medium gold, great foam. Soft grain aroma, some sweet malt. Taste is mostly sweet malt, ends smooth. Not bad but a little characterless.

Pale gold body, good foam. Soft grain aroma, little else. Taste is plenty of nice coriander, ends smooth. They said ginger was in this, but I'm not detecting it. Still, not bad at all especially for the high abv which is invisible.

Good spice on the nose, deep barley. Flavour is some more spice and what seems like cinnamon. Abv is well hidden. Decent and balanced, nice to drink.

Decent barley on the nose, has a weak brown body. Flavour is adequate sweet grain but little to make it interesting. Mouthfeel is crisp enough. It's okay, rather textbook, but that's okay coming from a university right?

The aroma is weak, maybe some grain. Has okay orange body with soft foam. Flavour is sweetness with a few hop notes. Mouthfeel is watery. It's okay, nothing stands out.
