Focused on the Craft
Ruse Brewing is an artisanal brewery inspired by Portland's creative community & culture. These attributes are what inspire us to create our art: craft beer.
We brew small batch, flavorful, and thoughtfully-crafted beers. We work with local artists and musicians to design beers paired with their art for concept events and beer releases. Our community is a major inspiration for our company vision, we will do what it takes to be involved and support other businesses and organizations.

500ml bottle share courtesy of Rick.Amber, with some reddish hues, small beige head. Cherries on the aroma, slight wine notes too. Taste comes on dry, sweet, slightly woody. A true kriek, natural fruit flavors,

On tap at Culmination, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of dank piney hops upfront backed by dry biscuity malt. Flavour is sweeter, with piney hops, sweet cereal malts and toasted biscuity malt. A little sweet for me, but it works okay.

On tap at Saraveza Farmhouse Festival, pours a cloudy dull yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings lots of rustic farmhouse notes, some brett and dry biscuity notes. Flavour is very dry, with rustic farmhouse yeast and dry bretty notes. Earthy and dry. Excellent.
