From can to pint glass. Pours a hazy pureed yellow-orange with moderate head that is fluffy. Overt tropics and orange on both the flavor and aroma with slight biscuit in the back.

Tasting at Brian's
Black colour. Dark malts and dark caramel aroma; moderately sweet; the body is lean, quite boozy; dark malts flavour with strong bitterness, traces of fruit acidity.
Boozy Brown Ale, more than an Imperial Stout.

22 oz. bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma brings out faded cherries and dusty cocoa. Flavour brings out dusty, bitter, dry cocoa, with metallic notes, and very subtle cherries. Bitter, thin and metallic. This isn't pleasant or well-constructed at all.

Light brown. Not much head. On the nose, I get some cocoa and cherry. Not all that enticing, though, as it also smells sour and not all that fun. Some chocolate, some cherry, touch tart. There's some sweetness, but I'm not getting the sort of full malty character I would normally associate with that. It's not super balanced.

Can. Pours hazy golden, medium off-white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Full of small particulates. Aroma is dank, grapefruit, mango, cat piss and green garlic. Flavor is light plus sweet, light plus bitter, juicy and dank. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Pretty impressive beer from these guys considering the start they got off to.

Bottle. Pours clear orange amber, medium creamy beige head, long lasting and good lacing. So far so good. Aroma is grain, grass, caramel, orange peel, perfume. Flavor is medium sweet, light plus bitter, grainy and grassy, green tea, pine and citrus. Medium body. Not obviously flawed, but not really doing it for me.
