Peak Organic Brewing Company was founded in Portland, Maine in 2005 by Jon Cadoux. We are a small brewing company dedicated to making delicious, creative, hand-crafted beer. The brewing team works with over 40 amazing farms all around the Northeast that are growing some truly flavorful hops, wheat and barley. The resulting Peak Organic beers embrace these pure, natural ingredients and offer a range of fresh, complex styles.

At Yards House in Boston (Fenway), Gezapft Trübes Gelb, dünner Schaum Aroma: Hopfig, Zitrus, Grapefruit, Pfirsich, Mango Relativ Geschmackloser Antrunk, Getreide, Grass, Fruchtig, etwas Koriander, Erde. Bitter im Gaumen, aber nicht stark. Angenehm auch wenn das Bier ein paar Minuten steht

Can shared at the Columbus tasting 18/09/2019. Many thanks! A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is rounded, orange, pineapple, peach, semi sweet base malts. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody orange, midget gems, sticky orange. Palate is medium sweet, woody, moderate carboantion.

Level 6 bottleshare. Thanks to Leighton for the can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light creamy sweet malts. Light pine, light citrus, light spice. A little citrus peel, a bit tangy. Slightly awkward but okay.

Draught @ Moonstruck, 31st & 3rd, Manhattan, NYC. Pours a yellow/light golden colour, slightly hazy. Head is white, quite thin. Aroma's of leafy hops/tea, light fruit and biscuity malt. Retronasal it's sweetish, bitterish, perhaps not entirely fresh. Flavour is moderate bitter and light sweet. Light medium bodied. Long finish, above moderate bitter.
