Snake Lake Brewing is the passion project of a rig hand, an instrumentation technician, and a mechanic. After paying our dues in the patch, we’re looking forward to having a new boss: you. 473ml can. Pours a clear yellow gold with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that laces. Mild aroma of bready wheat malt, orange and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, orange, grapefruit and light piney hops in a dry, bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing, but nothing special.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with a small, foamy, short lived, off-white head that laces. Sweet fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, guava, orange, Lacto and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, guava, passionfruit, orange, yeast and floral hops in a dry, tart Lacto finish. Medium body with a thick, creamy, smooth texture and average to soft carbonation. Juicy and delicious.

473ml can. Gift from my mother-in-law. Pours a crystal clear gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Aroma of grainy pale malt, yeast and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, red apple, yeast and grassy hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with an oily texture and average to soft carbonation. Clean and easy to drink.

Light hay and some raw barley. Decent flavour for a kolsch. Clear golden pour with pretty good head and lacing. Fairly crisp end. Can.

Grapefruit, orange peel marmalade. Golden pour with decent head. Bittersweet and tangy end. A little too tangy. I've had better from these guys. Can.

Gimmicky but not bad. Lots of lime, not sure I pick up on tortilla but maybe a little. Clear golden pour. Light tart finish. Decent, despite their best efforts not to be on this one. Can.

Flavour of grainy caramel malt, grapefruit, pine resin and spicy hops in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average to soft carbonation. Nice bitterness. A classic old school westie.

Sweet fruity flavour of grainy pale malt, mango, orange, pineapple and floral hops in a dry, tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and average to soft carbonation. Refreshing, but could use more pineapple.
