Fruity, American oak, bold, some nice fruity sourness, low to moderately sweet. Finishes along the same lines with some whiskey notes. Very nice ❤️

Dark brown. Chocolate notes, bitter, clean elegant vanilla, rounded barrel, a little liveliness from the rum. Well-balanced.

On tap at The Beer Junction, pours black with a tiny tan head. Aroma has rich bourbon barrels and marshmallows upfront, with a touch of cocoa and some brown sugar. Flavour is very rich, with big bourbon barrels upfront, followed by marshmallow, dark sugars, and a touch of cocoa. Big bourbon dominates without being boozy, with nice accentuation from the marshmallow. Lovely.

Pint can. Grassy hop aroma with notes of pineapple, grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, floral and pine resiny hop. Pours clear golden colored with a large off white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with pineapple, tangerine, lemon and floral hop flavors. Finishes dry with grassy hops, grapefruit and some pine resiny hop flavors. Quite good.
