On tap at Standard, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out resinous and pot-like hops, balanced by biscuity malt. Flavour is quite complex, with a nice fruitiness, resinous hops, a subtle pot-like element and even floral hops. Lots going on here. Just enough dry biscuit malt to balance this out. Excellent stuff.

On tap at Standard, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out hay, farmhouse notes, and biscuity malt. Flavour is quite dry, with farmhouse yeast, hay, and a dry biscuity malt. Quite dry and fairly true to style. Lots of depth and balanced well. Really good.

On tap at Standard, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out toasted malt and not much else. Flavour is subtle and dry, with toasted bready malt dominating. Very dry palate, with no residual sweetness. Boring but competently brewed. Meh.

On tap at Standard, pours a cloudy amber orange with a small white head. Aroma is very faint, with mild berry notes. Flavour is very fruity, with tons of red fruits. Doesn't taste anything like a biere de garde. Very fruity. Decent for what it is.

On tap at Standard, pours black with a reddish tinge and a small beige head. Aroma brings out earthy notes, Belgian yeast and a little mustiness. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of earthy mustiness. Not a lot going on here, but it's drinkable enough. Dirty, earthy beer. Okay.

Draft at brewery. Light haze to the hay colored beer, pretty head as usual. Lots of late hops, low biterness, light lemon hoppineess with light green hops, Who knew it was a wheat beer.

Draft at brewery. Tastes like a Schwarz ale. Roast, low acid, dry lightly acrid finish. Just not clean like lager, ale-like but not really a porter or stout. Either way its cool and I like. As per usual, great head and lacing.

First at the brewery than 32oz growler. I love the idea of this beer. Lemony herbal hops, almost no bitterness. Smooth biscuit malts with light soggy bread sweetness. Hops dominate without any aversive character. Fun beer.

Growler, pours a cloudy dull blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt, some piney hops, and crackery notes. Flavour is very hoppy but not bitter at all, with loads of piney hops and bone dry crackery malt. A bit too mineraly a finish. Good.
