Hazy golden color. Some manure in the aroma, and hops. It has a mild sweetness, delicate blond malt flavor, light cereals, and bold bitterness, with a grassy and resiny touch.
Nice.

Cloudy blond color. Good body, not too dry, with a lot of character from the yeast; the aroma has some spices and plastic, light fruity esters; smooth; good yeast in the flavor too, mildly spicy, not fruity.
Nice.

Golden color. Very nice aroma, citrusy and piney. Dry but not weak; nice malt backbone, with cereals and bread; strong bitterness; the hopping has a nice earthy character, and plenty of resins, some citrus peel in the final.
Very good.

Dark brown color, near black. Roasty and dry, lean Schwarzbier; straight forward and wisely made. Nice.

Draft pour pint at Growler USA. Thick and cloudy golden orange pour. Very juicy. Rocky foam head. Sondra grain, strong orange and banana aroma. Flavor is heavy banana, some peach. Belgian yeast and a sweet candy fruit linger. Everything seems to run in working order here. I’ve said it before, Seapine is probably the most underrated brewery in Seattle. I have a hard time getting into hefes but they pulled this one off nicely. Solid feature here.

5oz draft at brewery. Should I be skeptical of a Doppelbock and Stout blend. I feel like the brewer was thinking "what do we have too much of, so I can put it in a barrel." Either way, its very very whiskey, smells like they just blended a 3rd part whiskey. The beers aren’t sweet, which I think one needs to help balance the whiskey. Of course, if you love whiskey then this is your beer. I, however, like beer and even whiskey accentuated beer. But I don’t liek 1 part stout, 1 part doppel, and 1 part whiskey.

5oz Draft at brewery. Black beer with tan head. Oh, s stout that doesn’t best you have over the head with roast, love it. No acidity here. Very light coffee and chocolate notes. Very much a smooth and silky lactose stout. Get some of that milk sugar sweetness. Light palate, no bitterness. Really stands out to me.

5oz Draft at brewery. Belgian wit level white pale color, no clarity, can’t see through it. Otherwise, Perry traditional Hefe. They can make a traditonal Hefe but Saisons still allude them. Love the banana and graininess that doesn’t get too sweet or out of control.

5oz Draft at brewery. The only lager of 12 draft lines. Ligtly cloudy or very hazy, whichever, golden color. All the previous stuff should make on skeptical. But it’s a good pils. Not crisp or a harp but no off flavors, not well lagered, hay malts, faint herbal hop with cut grass.

5oz Draft at brewery. Clear golden color. The malts are well done on this, don’t really feel them as I drink this. It pairs well with my Jalapeño Tim’s potato chips, always a food sign for a hoppy beer. The only other important aspect is the actual hops. I real like the melony, sweet fruit hops. They are offset by some resin and bitter hops, which I would like less of. So, it’s good but I want more swet, juicy hoppiness and less of the other stuff. Oh, and another DIPA Berko hasn’t had, haha.
