Can from Valley Beverage. Lightly hazy, golden yellow with mild sparkle, head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma is pale malt, rice, corn, hint of lemongrass. Taste mirrors aroma but stronger. Frothy texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Hint of lemongrass is nice but corn and rice makes it like your basic macro.

Can from Total Wine in Vacaville, CA. Pours clear bright gold with a largeish creamy white head. Aroma suggests citrus pith. Med body. Dry and decently bitter. Grapefruit, pith and a touch of melon. Light malt in support. Moves on to more than moderately bitter. Old School I think.

Can to glass. Pours clear light gold with white head and moderate patterns down the glass. Grapefruit and citrus aroma. Flavor is grapefruit rind with solid malt backing. Moderate bitterness.

Can. Golden beer with an off-white head. Light grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and light earth flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and light summer fruit linger.

17th December 2021. Sat alone at my daughters place in Laguna Hills, California. Everyone else has gone out to see a Christmas Light Show at some farm near Irvine, I'm full of cold (not Covid-19), so decided to stay in and not frighten people by blowing my nose and coughing. What better way to brighten up my evening than by having a shitty Mexican style lager? At least the brewery is a new tick for me! 12Fl Oz can into an old Corsendonk stemmed tulip glass, huge billowing white head, slight haze to the old gold coloured body. Dry tasting with a grainy front, back and sides (Maize I suppose). My throat liked it, even if my senses didn't.

Good hops and soft malts on the nose, has nice brown body with good foam. Flavour is modest foam and vague caramel. Mouthfeel is okay. This isn't bad but there's not much to remember it by.

What i do for beer rakes. Tap. Pours clear pale yellow, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is lemon, cuke, sea air, lime. Flavor is light tart, lemon lime salty spritz with a hint of cool refreshing cuke. Light body. Holy hell, i actually like this cucumber beer.

Can - Cucumber peel. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Bright and acidic cucumber that has a quick clean finish. Solid.
