On-tap in the Knotty Barrel on 18th January 2022. Almost clear golden body, off-white head. Coffee esters in the nose, coffee flavour in the taste. Slightly sweet as well. Certainly different.

On tap in the Knotty Barrel on 18th January 2022. Very Stout like, it's black bodied and has a smooth tanned head. Malty, slightly bitter, almost peaty in nature. Neither dry nor sweet or creamy, but it's OK.

On tap at Knotty, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out an unfortunate amount of diacetyl, with subdued dank hops. Flavour is unfortunately no less tainted with too much diacetyl to be palatable. Needs cleaning up.

On tap at Knotty, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out medium toasted malt and a hint of cocoa. Flavour is pretty flat, with metallic notes and toasted malt. Lacking the depth one would hope for in a stout. Meh.

On tap at Knotty, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out roasted peanuts upfront, with a touch of lactose. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of peanut butter upfront, a touch of lactose and even a hint of vanilla. Really nice peanut butter character here. Very well-made.
